Diamond have updated their Diamond Bus app to include a new Real-Time Seating Capacity function.

The simple Red, Amber and Green display shows if the bus is Busy, Fairly Busy or Not Busy.

West Midlands Metro have introduced a new feature to the My Metro app to help plan your journeys andmake an informed decision on when to travel.
The app now includes an easy to understand ‘heat map’ – which uses a green, amber and red indicator to help customers avoid busy periods.
Customers can also let West Midlands Metro know when they intend to use the tram, which will assist them in planning future journeys.
The app is available for downloaded from the App store and Google Play.
