Planned Travel Disruption Support

If your business is being affected by planned disruption works taking place in the region, we have a specialist team on hand to help.

More information regarding this offer will be updated soon.

Staff Briefing Sessions

We can provide staff briefing sessions to update staff about any key disruptions that are coming up or are ‘live’ in your area and provide information on their travel options and alternatives available.

Staff will be available afterwards to answer any queries and to hand out briefing packs.

These can be held as a presentation in a meeting room or as a more informal session in your canteen/break-out areas or can be adapted to suit your organisation.

Duration: 1 hour

Travel Clinics

These are interactive journey planning sessions, where our expert advisors will be on hand to look at travel options for those looking to change their journeys as a result of travel disruption.

At the clinic we will go through our online journey planning tools with individuals and give them their own personalised ‘travel prescription’ to take away, which will show the quickest route by public transport, cycling or walking.

We can also provide personalised advice about the best ticket options for them.  These sessions can be conducted over lunchtime or a break time in your canteen/break-out areas, or can be adapted to suit your organisation.

Duration: 2 hours
